Reflections on High School.
The more i think about it, the harder it is for me to sleep.
Tomorrow will be my final day of high school.
And i can’t help but to think of all the memories i’ve had.
It never really hit me that I was about to leave high school and start a new chapter in my
life. It wasn’t until my Senior Trip that it all started to sink in. I was in Disneyland
watching the Fantasmic show when I began to reminsice my childhood there, my first
moments at that park and the happiness I felt. Then, I began to think about high school
and how in a week, my closest friends we’re about to part our ways, starting individual
lives and moving on. There’s no doubt in my mind that I will keep in touch with all of
them, but still, the thought just scares me.
Its hard for me to think of words to describe the last 4 years here.
Good moments and bad i’m grateful for every one of them.
Looking about on how i was freshmen year to now just seems so amazing.
From that hyper, annoying and shy kid. To what I am now. Hard to believe
all the things that have shaped me and changed my perspective on life.
It may seem cliche but I will truly miss Beyer.
But every good thing must come to an end.
It’s time to think less of college for now and just focus on summer.
Focus on making memories with my friends before I leave.
